New Year's Resolution

My New Year's resolution was not to start a blog. However, I've never been any damn good at keeping those New Year's resolutions .

About me: Equal parts lawyer, gourmet food enthusiast, sapiophilliac, wine lover and smart ass. You'd be surprised how often those parts overlap.

In truth, the reason I started this blog is that too few attorneys are taking advantage of the technologies available to them. I am not a trend-setter in that regard by any means. There are many amazing and well done blawgs out there (http://www.legalmarketingblog.com/ , http://www.myshingle.com/) However, if I can do it, you can do it, and you should do it. Also, all my friends have been bored to tears hearing my insight on the law, David Chang and on the proper way to brine a turkey so I need an outlet, even if it's in the blawgospher.

I am sure that this blog, much like the rest of my life, will be filled with sudden and spastic starts and stops, foise gras and Sonoma County wine. I'm sure it will be filled with a smattering of terribly interesting stories and a whole load of humdrum legal analysis. However, if you stop in once in a while I promise that I'll do my best to keep you informed or entertained or to at least try to convert you to a client. See....I'm a smart ass!
